Do you have an initial idea, but you’re not sure what your next step should be?
Would you like to discuss your project, honing in on what direction would most benefit it?
Would you like to brainstorm plot ideas with an industry professional?
Are you confident about your idea, but less so about how to execute it / your writing?
Would you like ongoing feedback as you progress, with check-in points to help keep you accountable?
Through coaching I will mentor you, and help bring your book to life.
Photo: Oli BartonI offer coaching to writers. Coaching is a collaborative process that helps the writer progress their project by giving them space to discuss ideas with a professional, chat through specific challenges, ask questions about publishing and the process, create deadlines and define objectives, and generally have a sounding board.
Writing can be a solitary and insular process, and having someone to share with at concept stage, or as the project is progressing, can be invaluable, and help with motivation and accountability.
I have over twenty years’ experience working with writers (both via publishing houses and independently), love to chat and problem solve, so it’s a good combination.

In-person Meetings
In addition to online coaching, I can meet you in person in either London, UK, or Co. Cork / Waterford, Ireland, to discuss your project.
If you wish to swap a one-hour online meeting from one of the below coaching packages to a one-hour in-person meeting, this can easily be arranged. After you’ve booked the package, simply choose the online top-up option and then we can arrange a date to meet.
My coaching packages
1 x ad hoc by-the-hour online coaching
This hour can be spent talking about an initial idea, a progressing project, publishng advice etc - do let me know in the booking form what you’d like to discuss.
Note: This one hour can be split in two, with me spending half the time reviewing material ahead of us speaking if you’d like. Please add this request to the booking form. (I need to receive this material at least 24 hours before our call to guarantee I’ll have the time to read it.)
